Here is a quick and easy recipe to wow your special Bella or family!This simple yet flavourful Tomato Kale Spaghetti recipe allows you to recreate an authentic Italian dish without the stress that goes into its prep work. Further customise this dish by adding proteins like chicken to your liking, or vegetables like cauliflower if you’re sticking to a plant-based diet!

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

250g Naturel Organic Spaghetti
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 – 4 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Oregano
226g Naturel Organic Tomato Kale Pasta Sauce
1 tsp Chili Flakes
6 leaves Fresh Basil, shredded
Pepper, to taste


  1. Fill a large pot with about 2.2 litres of water, add salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Add Naturel Organic Spaghetti and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Save a cup of pasta water, strain and set aside.
  3. Add Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic cloves, and oregano to a pan. Sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add Naturel Organic Tomato Kale Pasta Sauce to the pan, stirring it occasionally.
  5. Once sauce is heated, add chili flakes, fresh basil leaves, and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked Naturel Organic Spaghetti to the sauce* and serve hot.

*If you find the sauce too dry, ladle in some of the saved pasta water from step 2 and mix well.
