    Ingredients

    For tomato vinaigrette:
    Servings: 2
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:

    225g Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Basil
    120ml Naturel Organic Balsamic Vinegar
    175ml + 1 tbsp Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    250g Cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
    1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Black pepper
    1 bag Salad leaves of your choice, washed
    For tomato chicken panini:
    Servings: 2
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes
    3 tbsp Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Peppers
    4 slices Sourdough bread
    1 Grilled chicken breast, grilled and sliced
    1 Onion, thinly sliced
    340g Baby spinach
    1 tbsp cranberries
    1 tsp Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    For potato tomato stew:
    Servings: 2
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 40 minutes
    900g Potatoes, peeled and cubed
    750ml Water
    1 Onion, chopped
    5 Garlic cloves
    2 tbsp Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    ½ tsp dried oregano
    250ml Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Peppers
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Cooking Method

    For tomato vinaigrette:
    • In a pan over low heat, add 1 tbsp of Naturel Organic Olive Oil and garlic. Stir often for 4 minutes, or until there is a slight change to the garlic’s colour.
    • Add in cherry tomatoes and mash some with the back of a spoon. Cook for 4-6 minutes, until some the tomatoes begin to release some juice.
    • Remove tomatoes from pan.
    • Finely chop up fresh basil.
    • Combine Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Basil, Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Naturel Organic Balsamic Vinegar, fresh basil, salt, and pepper in a medium-size bowl and whisk until well-combined.
    • Add in cherry tomatoes from earlier.
    • Drizzle over a bed of your favourite salad leaves!
    For tomato chicken panini:
    – Heat Naturel Organic Olive Oil in a small pan. Add the onions and lightly sautee until soften, for about a minute.
    – Add in spinach and cranberries and sautee until spinach is wilted and raisins are plump. Remove from heat and set aside.
    – Heat a medium sized pan on the stove.
    – Arrange 2 slices of bread on the countertop and spread each with Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Peppers. Top with spinach, followed by chicken, and lastly the remaining slices of bread.
    – Place sandwich onto the hot pan. Turn the sandwich once the underside is nicely browned.
    – Once both sides are golden brown, remove panini from the pan and cut diagonally to enjoy. ?
    For potato tomato stew:
    • Sautee chopped onions in Naturel Organic Olive Oil until soft.
    • Add in garlic, potatoes, Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce with Peppers, and enough water to cover the potatoes.
    • Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
    • Bring to a boil before reducing the heat to simmer for 30 mins, or until potatoes are soft, stirring from time to time.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy while pipping hot.
