Source of Dietary Fibre
Use a large pot to ensure enough room for water and pasta as pasta triples in size when cooked.
(1 litre of water for 100g pasta)
1. Add salt to boiling water.
2. Add pasta once water reaches boiling point.
3. Cook uncovered for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
4. Blanch with cold water, strain, and serve with your favourite sauce.
Store in cool, dry place. Keep opened pack in airtight container.
