Brown Rice Ball with Chicken and Mushroom

2 cups Naturel Organic Mixed Rice
4 cups water
3 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder
1/2 sachet Homesoy Instant Soya milk with multigrain
3 tbsp Naturel Truffle with Olive Oil spray (approx. 4 pumps)
4 tbsp Naturel Pure Olive oil
250g mince chicken
10 shiitake mushrooms - chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
2 1/2 cups seaweed sesame flakes
3 tbsp Naturel Organic Coconut Nectar
2 1/2 tbsp Knife Classic Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt


How To Make At Home:
- Rinse Naturel Organic Mixed rice and add water in rice cooker. Cook rice on “normal white rice” setting. Place in a bowl once cooked.
- Add instant soya milk powder to the rice while it is still warm and set aside.
- In a heated pan, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add minced chicken, chopped mushroom, add salt and pepper to taste. Sauté the mixture until dry.
- In the pan, add rice, coconut nectar, soy sauce and ½ cup of seaweed sesame flakes, truffle olive oil and mix well.
- Remove rice mixture from the pan.
- Using the rice mixture, form rice balls into bite size pieces and roll them in the remaining seaweed sesame flakes.
