6 large onions
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 egg yolks
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup water
250 g Naturel Organic Durum Wheat Spaghetti
Lemon zest for garnish
Parsley for garnish


- Cook the onions in butter on medium heat until caramelised. It should take roughly 30 minutes.
- Blend caramelised onions, olive oil, egg yolks, parmesan and water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Boil the Naturel Organic Spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and warm on low heat for about 2 minutes.
- Serve with some lemon zest and parsley.
