60g Cake Flour
50g Naturel Reduced Fat Spread
50g Brown Sugar
20g Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1tsp Baking Powder
To Serve
Powdered sugar

Preparing the batter
- Melt Naturel Reduced Fat Spread in the microwave for 10-second intervals until mostly melted
- Stir the remaining chunks till fully melted
- Brush the madeleine mould with the melted Naturel Reduced Fat Spread and keep the mould in the chiller for later use
- Mix the dry ingredients together by sifting the cake flour and baking powder
- Set aside for later use
- In a mixing bowl, crack the egg and mix well until the yolk and whites are combined
- Add in the brown sugar and Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and stir till well combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the sugar and egg mixture, and mix well till there are no lumps
- Once the batter appears glossy, transfer the batter into a piping bag and chill it for 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Take out the madeleine mould and coat it with flour
- Remove any excess
- Take out the piping bag and allow the batter to sit at room temperature for about 3-5 minutes
- Fill approximately 90% of the mould with the mixture
- Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees
To Serve
- Serve it with powdered sugar, fruits, or edible flowers
