A delightful dish that brings together luscious creamy broth, tender chunks of chicken, and perfectly cooked macaroni, this easy-to-follow recipe promises a comforting bowl of goodness every time.

250g boneless chicken thigh meat
1 cup Naturel Organic Macaroni
2 small carrots, diced
1 celery, diced
1/2 brown onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Handful of swiss brown mushrooms
700ml regular milk
400ml water
1 tbsp chicken stock
Naturel Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste


- Dice up the boneless chicken thigh meat and marinade with a pinch of salt.
- Dice up the carrots, celery, brown onion and swiss brown mushrooms to a similar size to the macaroni.
- Mince up 3 cloves of garlic.
- Heat up some olive oil in a heavy bottomed pot and brown the chicken till oil is released and is fragrant.
- Toss in carrots, celery and onion and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add in the minced garlic and mushrooms and sauté for another 2-3 mins till fragrant.
- Add in the macaroni (uncooked) and sauté for another 2 mins to let it release the starch (this will result in a creamier soup).
- Add in the milk, water and chicken stock and stir frequently so it doesn’t curd and burn, until macaroni is cooked through and chewy to the bite.
- Serve with freshly ground black pepper to finish.
