¾cup Naturel Organic Brown Rice
1 ¼cups water
1 ½cups unsweetened milk
cup brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp Naturel Reduced Fat Spread
2tbsp unsweetened cocoa
40g raspberries
40g blueberries
4 - 5pcs mint leaves, finely sliced


Cook the rice
- Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add Naturel Organic Brown Rice into the saucepan and stir to even out the rice. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Make the pudding
- On the top of a double boiler over simmering water, combine 1 ½ cups of cooked Naturel Organic Brown Rice, brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla extract, and Naturel Reduced Fat Spread.
- Cook the mixture by stirring and mashing continuously till even. Then, add in unsweetened milk into the mixture. Continue to stir and mash the mixture occasionally for about 20 minutes until it is thickened.
- Set aside the pudding mixture to cool.
Finishing touches
- Get a clean and empty recycled Naturel Organic Pasta Sauce jar with label removed. Then, add in the chocolate rice pudding layer by layer, alternating it with the blueberries, finely sliced mint leaves, chocolate rice pudding and the raspberries. Fill up the jar till the top. Finally, place mint leaves on top of the pudding.
- Get creative and decorate the jar of pudding with a ribbon and heart tag. Present it to your sweetheart to surprise them!
