|¾cup Naturel Organic Brown Rice|
|1 ¼cups water|
|1 ½cups unsweetened milk|
|⅓cup brown sugar|
|1tsp vanilla extract|
|1tbsp Naturel Reduced Fat Spread|
|2tbsp unsweetened cocoa|
|4 - 5pcs mint leaves, finely sliced|
Cook the rice
- Add Naturel Organic Brown Rice into the saucepan and stir to even out the rice. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Make the pudding
- Cook the mixture by stirring and mashing continuously till even. Then, add in unsweetened milk into the mixture. Continue to stir and mash the mixture occasionally for about 20 minutes until it is thickened.
- Set aside the pudding mixture to cool.
- Get creative and decorate the jar of pudding with a ribbon and heart tag. Present it to your sweetheart to surprise them!
