Ingredients

For truffle aglio olio:
Serves: 2

250g Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Spaghetti)
2 tbsp Naturel Pure Olive Oil
7 sprays Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil with White Truffle Spray
3 cloves garlic, minced
150g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
6-8 medium sized prawns
Salt and black pepper to taste

 

For tomato mascarpone spaghetti:
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
250g Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Spaghetti)
180g Naturel Organic Tomato Mascarpone Pasta Sauce
2 tsp Naturel Pure Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 pc small onion, peeled and chopped
90g spinach, chopped
50g red pepper, diced
½ cup fresh button mushroom, sliced
60g grilled chicken breast, shredded
1-2 pinch salt and pepper to taste
For pasta salad:
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
140g Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Fusilli)
1 spray Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil with White Truffle Spray
40g rocket leaves
4 pcs fresh button mushrooms, halved
50g yellow zucchini, diced thick
50g red bell pepper, diced thick
8 pcs broccoli
8 pcs cherry tomatoes
For pesto dressing:
1 ½ tbsp Naturel Organic Basil Pesto Sauce
1 ½ tbsp Greek yogurt
Salt to taste

Cooking Method

For truffle aglio olio:
  • Bring a pot of 2L of water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt into the boiling water.
  • Add Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Spaghetti) once the water reaches the boiling point and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes.
  • Blanch the cooked spaghetti with cold water, strain and set aside. Keep the pasta water for later usage.
  • Heat up a cooking pan over medium heat and add Naturel Pure Olive Oil into the pan.
  • Add mushrooms and 3 pinches of salt and black pepper to the heated pan. Sauté until mushrooms are cooked and water from mushrooms is dried up. Set aside cooked mushrooms on a plate.
  • Spray about 7 sprays of Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil with White Truffle Spray in the same pan.
  • Add garlic and sauté the garlic until it starts to turn light golden brown, then add the chilli flakes.
  • Add the raw prawns and sauté with the garlic until golden brown.
  • Finally, turn off the heat and add the cooked mushrooms, brown rice spaghetti, salt and black pepper (to taste) to the pan, before adding pasta water and the chopped parsley for colour to the spaghetti mix.
  • Toss to coat all the ingredients evenly using the pasta tong. Buon appetito!
For tomato mascarpone spaghetti:
  • Bring a pot of 2l of water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt into the boiling water.
  • Add Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Spaghetti) once the water reaches the boiling point and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes.
  • Blanch the cooked spaghetti with cold water, strain and set aside.
  • Heat Naturel Pure Olive Oil in a cooking pan over a medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  • As the garlic begin to turn golden brown, add the onion and red pepper and gently cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add Naturel Organic Tomato with Mascarpone Pasta Sauce and stir to mix evenly.
  • Finally, add in the cooked brown rice spaghetti, chopped spinach and shredded grilled chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss to mix all the ingredients evenly using pasta tong. Buon appetito!
For pasta salad: 
  • Bring a pot of 1.5l of water to a boil and add ½ tbsp salt into the boiling water.
  • Add Naturel Organic Brown Rice Pasta (Fusilli) once the water reaches the boiling point and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Boil the fusilli for about 10 minutes.
  • Blanch the cooked fusilli with cold water, strain and set aside.
  • In a grill pan, heat Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil with White Truffle Spray over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the prepared vegetable, gently sauté it and set aside.
  • In a separate big mixing bowl combine Naturel Organic Basil Pesto Sauce, yogurt, and salt. Mix them together until it combines well.
  • Add the cooked brown rice fusilli and vegetables gently toss over the dressing until well coated using a spatula.
  • Serve chilled, buon appetito!
