3tbsp Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Naturel Avocado Olive Spray Oil
1 medium potato
1 medium sweet potato
1 medium beetroot
2 pinches salt
Seaweed seasoning
3 full roasted seaweed
¼cup wasabi powder
1tsp salt

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Prepare the vegetables
- With a sharp knife, slice potato, sweet potato and beetroot into thin slices.
- Then, place the sliced root vegetables on paper towels to gently pat dry.
- Brush the sliced root vegetables lightly with Naturel Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- After that, lightly sprinkle one side of the sliced root vegetables with 2 pinches of salt.
- Place seasoned side down onto 2 large parchment papers that have been sprayed lightly with Naturel Avocado Olive Spray Oil. Repeat for the unseasoned side.

Bake the chips
- Finally, place the sprinkled sliced root vegetables in the oven and bake for 12 minutes, before flipping over.
- Bake the flipped chips for an additional 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the baked chips and place onto a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes to finish crisping.

Finishing touches
- Transfer chips into a large mixing bowl. Add the desired amount of seaweed seasoning and toss to mix.
- Serve your homemade baked vegetable chips in a bowl and kick back with your favourite drama series. Yums!
