Adjust Servings
1 ½ cups Naturel Organic Brown Rice
3tbsp Naturel Reduced Salt Margarine
2tbsp Shallots, minced
3 cups Vegetable Stock
3tbsp Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1pc Chicken Breast, sliced
1 ½tbsp Garlic, minced
2tbsp Fresh Thyme
½tsp Red Chili Flakes
2 ½tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1pc Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper to taste


Prepare the rice
- In a pot, melt the Naturel Organic Reduced Salt Margarine
- Fry the shallots in the margarine until soften
- Mix in the Naturel Organic Brown Rice for 3 minutes, then the vegetable stock
- Add 1 - 2 pinch of salt and pepper
- Simmer in low heat for 40 - 45 minutes
Fry the chicken
- Slice the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper
- In a frying pan, add the Naturel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook the chicken until brown.
Make the seasoning
- Stir fry the garlic until brown, then add red chilli flakes and fresh thyme.
- Add in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper
Plate & Serve
- Fluff the brown rice.
- Pour in the seasoning and mix until evenly coated.
- Serve with the chicken slices.
