Directions

Brown Rice
- Rinse Naturel Organic 100% Brown Rice
- Add in 2 cups of water
- Cook in rice cooker for approximately 25 minutes
- Add in 2 cups of water
- Cook in rice cooker for approximately 25 minutes
*TIP* Recommended ratio is 1 cup rice to 2 cups water, choose “normal white rice” setting if using rice cooker

Grilled Antipasto Vegetable with Balsamic Vinegar and Herb
- In a mixing bowl, add Naturel Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Naturel Pure Olive Oil, oregano herb, grated garlic and salt and set aside
- Heat a large grill pan over medium/high heat
- Brush marinate onto the vegetables and place them on the grill
- Grill vegetables on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until tender and lightly charred

Grilled Fillet Seabass
- Season seabass with salt and pepper
- Heat a large grill pan over medium/high heat and drizzle with Naturel Premium Blend Cooking Oil
- Grill until golden and crispy on both sides, approx. 4mins on each side
- Heat a large grill pan over medium/high heat and drizzle with Naturel Premium Blend Cooking Oil
- Grill until golden and crispy on both sides, approx. 4mins on each side
*TIP* Lightly glaze fish with oil to prevent skin from sticking to the pan.

To Serve
- Serve the grilled Seabass and vegetables with brown rice on the side
