1tbsp Naturel Organic Sundried Tomato Pesto Sauce
2 eggs
2 slices bread
Ricotta cheese (for spreading)
Salt and dried oregano (to taste)

- In a non-stick pan, add Naturel Organic Sundried Tomato Pesto Sauce and cook for a minute or so until the pesto is warm. Add the eggs, salt and dried oregano.

- Meanwhile, spread ricotta over each slice of bread.
